Rate Terms of Sale
Cancellation or modification by the customer:
1. In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
2. The terms of sale of the rate booked set out the conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Sums paid in advance as deposits (arrhes) will not be refunded. Where this applies, it is stated in the terms of sale of the rate.
4. Where the terms of sale of the rate booked allow:
- the reservation can be cancelled directly on the Site or on the mobile Services via the “View or cancel your reservation” section;
- the reservation can be modified directly with the hotel, whose telephone number is given in the reservation confirmation sent by email.
5. If the customer cuts short their stay, the full agreed price will be charged. For reservations with prepayment, no refund will be granted in that case.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room before 12.00 noon on the last day of the reservation. Failing this, an additional night will be charged.
7. Every reservation is made in a named guest's name and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, for payment or for commercial purposes.
For any complaint relating to a hotel reservation, the hotel team is at your disposal.
