At Jardin Malanga in Trois-Rivières, Le Panga invites you to discover cuisine inspired by Guadeloupe, between Creole traditions and French gastronomy. Set beside the infinity pool, the restaurant offers a privileged view over the Caribbean Sea and the Saintes archipelago.

From breakfast to lunch, Le Panga accompanies the different moments of the day in the peaceful atmosphere of Jardin Malanga.

In the evening, the Jardin Malanga table d'hôtes becomes the heart of the experience. The Chef composes a single menu according to the seasons and the day's deliveries, favouring local produce and the catch of the day to offer authentic, generous cuisine deeply rooted in its territory.

Le Panga is the Jardin Malanga table d’hôte: every evening, our Chef creates a set menu inspired by fresh market produce and fruit and vegetables picked in our tropical garden.

On Wednesday evenings the table d’hôte is closed; a packed meal can also be prepared by reservation for your excursion days.

On weekdays, from 12pm to 2pm, the Jardin Malanga snack menu offers sharing boards, sandwiches and tasty plates to enjoy beside the pool.

Craft beers from Guadeloupe, homemade cocktails and mocktails, punches and aged rums from the Longueteau and Bologne distilleries complete the menu, alongside a selection of wines.
