A table d’hôte in the heart of the tropical gardenLocal cuisine, between the tropical garden and views of Les Saintes

Le Panga is the Jardin Malanga table d’hôte: a convivial place where our Chef creates a set menu every evening, inspired by fresh market produce and fruit and vegetables picked in our tropical garden.

On Wednesday evenings the table d’hôte is closed: our team will be happy to recommend a selection of restaurants nearby. For your excursion days, a packed meal can also be prepared by reservation, the day before.

Breakfast: 7.30am – 9.30am (every day)
Snack & tapas lunch: 12pm – 2pm (Monday to Friday)
Dinner: 7pm – 9.30pm (every evening except Wednesday, by reservation)
