Bologne Master Class

Your guided tour will begin with a presentation of the history of the oldest rum production site in Guadeloupe. You will then visit the distillery and take part in a Master Class on white, amber and aged rums. You will continue to the distillation unit, where the processes of crushing and fermenting the cane will be presented, followed by the final stages: distillation and maturation of the rum. You will then go to the bottling plant, where you will see the bottling process and the preparation for sale, before attending an interactive Master Class in which you will discover the aromas, the flavours and the ways of appreciating and tasting a selection of white rums made from black cane and aged rums. You will also have the opportunity to taste local savoury and sweet bites and can end the visit with some special purchases.
